The Carver 30 ft Aft Cabin performs equally well with an economical twin Mercury Crusader 220. Each engine develops a powerful 220 HP. We just replaced the batteries and installed new protective case for safety. Battery charger was rewired into panel and all wiring reset into bundles and secured to code. Fuel line realigned away from engine. Both engines start quickly and run quietly.

The spacious aft cabin has a 6' 2" head clearance, and is well lighted. The port berth expands to a double berth. The spacious salon is well lighted with plenty of room to gather and entertain. The salon opens up into a lower galley that is equiped with refrigerator, stove and double sink. ther4e is a forward double 7' berth.

All the electronics work and there are extras, such as a projector for watching movies on a pull down screen, and good sound system for playing your favorite music.

The lower helm and upper flybridge all work well for use in controlling the boat from either location. You will find that the options offered from this 30' Carver give you the same as if you had a 40' boat. This is a gem for the money.
