The PT 42 offers a hard chine semi-displacement hull for economical cruising at 14 to 15 knots and she will top out at 17. She is constructed on a solid fiberglass modified-V hull with moderate beam and an extended keel below for stability.

Her practical accommodations provide an owner’s stateroom aft with an offset, walk-around queen size berth and en-suite head with a separate stall shower. From the owner's stateroom there is direct access to the cockpit. The private forward stateroom features over and under bunks and an en suite head with shower.

The yacht features a spacious salon with large windows, a breakfast bar and lower helm station. Deck access doors are port and starboard in the salon. Her down galley, provides additional space in the salon and there is a comfortable dinette adjacent to the galley on the same level. The dinette can be converted to an additional double berth giving the yacht comfortable accommodations for 6 people.

The cockpit of the PT 42 makes boarding easy, and her full-width aft sundeck is large enough for several pieces of outdoor furniture. Her exterior canvas is fresh and in excellent condition.

Powered by twin Ford Lehman 225 Hp diesel engines with only 1297 hours and a Westerbeke 8KW Generator with excellent engine room access. This nice, well maintained vessel is ready to cruise or live aboard now.
