PATIENCE

The Cheoy Lee 35 Sedan Trawler is a very well built, seaworthy, comfortable cruiser. She is a heavy boat for her size and the ride is predictably soft and comfortable, even in a chop. A full-length keel protects the props and running gear in shallow water while adding good directional stability offshore. Wide walkways and sturdy rails on both sides of the house provide secure access to the foredeck

PATIENCE is a wonderful cruising boat in excellent condition with a single 120 Lehman Diesel, Bow Thruster and a 2000 mile range. She features a very nice layout with a spacious master stateroom forward with an athwartships double berth to port with a settee and hanging locker to starboard. She has a nice size head to port with a stall shower. The salon is bright and airy with an up galley to port with large windows to enjoy the views while preparing a meal. The convertible dinette is to starboard. There is a lower helm to starboard. The salon opens out to a large, covered cockpit and she has a spacious flybridge.
