The 1997 Sea Ray 400 Sedan Bridge has been in a covered berth her whole life. This is one of Sea Rays most popular yachts featuring two staterooms forward and two full heads both with separate stall showers. The fully equipped galley with bar is only two steps from the salon. equipped with the raised dinette for four. The salon features two opposing sofas and a large slider glass door opening to the aft deck. For ease in climbing, there are built-in steps with sloped rise that lead you to the spacious, fully enclosed fly-bridge. It features two captain chairs and a L-shaped seating to starboard. This 44' LOA Sea Ray would be a perfect live aboard with a  2-zone air/heat system, cockpit carpeting, cedar-lined closet, built-in drawers, and floor storage. The forward owner's stateroom has a queen-size bed and flat screen TV. Most important is a private head and shower.

There is a second stateroom with two twin beds that easily convert to a queen-size bed. This port side stateroom has its own guest head and shower.

The spacious well-appointed galley includes finished white cabinetry and salon-level breakfast bar. Preparing meals for the crew is easy with a flush-mounted three-burner electric stove, refrigerator with freezer, microwave and toaster-oven.

The salon offers two large sofas with large storage area below each. You will enjoy the new custom wood cocktail table and a full dinette. Entering the adjacent cockpit offers bench seating, and teak dining table with chairs. The aft deck is fully enclosed with canvas and isinglass. The bridge features centerline helm station with lots of room for electronics, dual swivel seats and a wonderful lounge environment. The flybridge instruments have covers, as well as all seating.The rear cockpit isinglass has sunscreen covers as additional protection from the sun. The carpet has covers throughout the Flybridge and salon to protect against stains and moisture.The owners have taken pride of ownership in keeping this vessel in excellent condition.

As added safety there is a Westerbeke 9.0 KW generator, an electric windlass, and a 10' Achilles Tender with custom swim platform mount and 25 HP Mercury outboard 2 stroke motor. No matter where you anchor you are prepared to enjoy with extra comfort.
