Moorage history-

This boat was purchased new in 2005 by the current owner at Marine Max Oakland and was kept under cover 6 months out of the year (summer) in the Delta and 6 months out of the year at South Beach Harbor (winter) until she was moved to a boathouse in OR in 2009 where she was kept under cover in freshwater until 2018 when she was moved back to South Beach Harbor where she resides now. The entire time this boat has been on a detail/wash-plan where her exterior has been cleaned every other week with multiple full details annually.

Maintenance-

Extensive service records available. All items below were recent proactive/elective and on top of general proactive maint (oil changes, plugs, filters, etc). Mercruiser rebuilt the entire fuel system under a recall I initiated in 2020 including fuel rails, fuel pumps, fuel coolers, injectors..... the entire fuel system is new. I added fuel/water separators and completely replaced all fuel lines in 2018 proactively to protect against ethanol. Exhaust manifolds and risers were replaced in 2017. All through-hulls/fittings, bearings, rudder glands, etc. were inspected/replaced in 2018. Anything that penetrates the water-line. Shafts were checked and were in great shape, props tuned/serviced, motors aligned, etc. All topside caulking was removed and re-sealed. All maintenance is up to date and ready for the new owner.

Owner information/Bio-

• Lifetime boater, trained under supervision of USCG and US Power Squadron family members.  USCG Auxiliary Crew and Coxswain certification in 2007.  Thousands of hours of log-time and operational experience prior to purchasing Downtime.  Long term Sea Ray owner- Grew up with a 1986 268 Sundancer.  Purchased 1998 230 OV from Marine Max Oakland and sold it when we bought Downtime in 2005.  Active contributing member to the Sea Ray Club Forum.
