Distant Moon has the typical Formosa 41 layout. Entering the cabin from the companionway has the galley to starboard with the dinette opposite to port. Proceeding forward is the main salon which has settees both port and starboard. Forward to port is the enclosed head with shower, opposite to starboard is an enclosed stateroom. Forward still is the sail/storage room currently used as a navigation/ workroom. All interior woodwork is teak.
