TAMURE features a Schafer In-Boom Furling Mainsail coupled with a Harken 44 Electric Halyard Winch making it easy for couples to manage the 1,010 square feet of canvas she flies without the need for additional crew. This combined with a SidePower Bow Thruster makes this the perfect yacht for a couple to easily handle either on open water or in the harbor.
TAMURE Is well outfitted for cruising with the Schaeffer In-Boom Furling Battened Mainsail, Generator, Watermaker, Tender, Davits and a super comfortable interior. The cockpit is huge and the seats are 6'2' inches long, with 11' backrests making her a very comfortable cruising yacht. TAMURE also has the convenient wing keel option giving her a draft of 5'9" which is great for shallow anchorages.
The hull of TAMURE is nicely proportioned, with a nearly flat sheer that runs to the down-curved stern sections. The 14-foot beam is moderate and runs well aft, almost to the transom area. This adds stability as well as interior volume aft. The straight sheerline works well with the house, which carries long, narrow ports to produce an illusion of movement. Though she carries huge interior volume, she does not appear clunky. The hull is easily driven with the moderate sailplan, and doesn't pound in a seaway.
Below you'll find a new standard of functionality and comfort: The forward guest stateroom affords comfort and privacy for your guests. The forward stateroom features a comfortable pullman berth to port and ensuite head compartment with a separate shower stall. Following aft is the main salon which highlights a U-shaped settee to port and a comfortable settee to starboard with a custom table between. The luxurious main salon seating is new soft durable UltraLeather. The full-feature galley is located aft of the main salon to port. The galley is remarkable in its use of space, and amount of cold consumables and equipment storage. The owners stateroom is located aft and features a full sized queen island berth. The owners cabin is well ventilated with 4 overhead opening hatches and opening portlights. There is a private entry to the head compartment which also provides the convenience of a separate shower stall. There are two hanging lockers and ample storage space with numerous cabinets and drawers.
