DREAM GIRL had the port 3208 caterpillar engine overheat and it needs to be replaced. We have a caterpillar expert with 33 years experience with 3208 engines who can replace engine. Estimate is around $15K - $20k.
With two functioning Caterpillar 3208 this 42' sea ray would be valued between 80-100K. It was listed at $99K for the past couple months before the incident. Buyers simply asked me to set the price that should grab the attention of anyone who knows sea rays and the value of having them with diesel engines.
