This yacht has an enormous amount of living/entertaining space to begin with, and 1995 a five foot deck extension was added by Nordlund Boat Co in Tacoma WA
Upon entering the main salon through the large double sliding glass doors off the aft deck you find interior paneling and cabinetry of Japanese Sen Wood, the headliners are ultra suede and the soles are oak parquet covered with wool Berber carpeting, except for the pilothouse and galley, which are strip planked. The galley, saloon, and master bath counters are Corian. In the forepeak is the anchor locker. The VIP stateroom is forward with a queen size bed on the centerline. The forward bilge area, as well as the thruster control machinery, is accessed from under the bed. There are drawers at the aft end of the bed and storage lockers and hanging lockers on both sides. There is an emergency escape hatch in the overhead. An ensuite head lies to port aft, with a marine toilet, stall shower and vanity sink. Stairs lead down and aft to an alcove to starboard with a built in desk, vanity mirror, storage cabinets and a full size washer & dryer To port is the guest stateroom with two twin beds athwart ship. The stand-up engine room is amidships, and is accessed by doors at the forward and aft end. Aft of the engine room is the master stateroom, which has a king size bed on the centerline, tons of storage cabinets, and huge hanging lockers and hanging lockers on each side. An ensuite head lies to starboard with a marine toilet, full vanity sink and double stall shower. There is an escape hatch over the bed into the lazarette, aft of the master stateroom. The pilothouse is forward on the main deckhouse. In the pilothouse there is a forward console, captain's chair, wood spoke wheel, and a large J shaped settee with chart table to port. Stairs to starboard lead down to the forward staterooms and engine room, and up to the fly bridge. On the fly bridge you have the davit crane a 13' Boston Whaler w/ 40 hp Mercury, spare fuel tank and dingy cover. The soft goods and helm station are canvas covered. She has a bimini top and a hinged radar arch. Aft of the pilothouse is the galley to port with a day head to starboard. The saloon is aft with fixed bar stools forward, a wet bar to port, an entertainment center to port aft and an L shaped leather settee to starboard. Stairs to port aft lead down to the master stateroom, and the aft engine room door. Six Marine Air Systems reverse cycle AC/heater with remote air handlers (total BTU 96.000) Cadet heaters in saloon and master stateroom.

"Lady Jane" is a 63' wide body Ocean Alexander Motor Yacht. The bow is raked. The original transom was plumb, but a 5' extension was added, incorporating a molded in stair leading to a swim platform. The hull is gel coated off white with black trim. On the main deck forward is a short foredeck with an anchor capstan. There is a low cabin trunk with a built in sun cushion forward. Side decks with railings lead aft, with the port side stopping amidships, and the starboard side leading to the pilothouse door. There is a teak table and chair set on a covered aft teak deck, with winder stairs on the port leading down to the swim platform which has a hatch amidships, and a storage locker to starboard. From the aft deck straight molded stairs lead up to the flying bridge, which has a full console forward, hinged radar arch, a straight settee to port, a swinging backed helm settee forward, and an "L" shaped settee with a table to starboard aft. Aft of the bridge is the boat deck with an electric davit and a 13' Boston Whaler with a 40 hp Mercury.
