1985 Californian 35 Ft. Flybridge Sedan. Repowered in 2008 with two new Crusader 350 Fuel Injected, Electronic Ignition engines, with 460 hours on both engines. Onan 6.5 KW generator with 238 hours. Full Flybridge canvas / Isenglass enclosure plus a full fixed Bimini over the Cockpit. Dual Helm Stations with full instrumentation at each Helm, featuring fully integrated Furuno FRS-100 Radar-Chart Plotter-Depth Sounder, Simrad Robertson AP22 Auto Pilot, Horizon Intrepid VHS radio and Ritchie Compass. New Teak & Holly Lonseal flooring installed in Salon and Forward Stateroom in August 2022, complementing the original wood Teak & Holly flooring in the Galley and Head. Down Galley with single stateroom forward, single head with Vacu-Flush toilet and stall shower. VacuFlush pump completely rebuilt in August 2022. Consistently maintained by a knowledgeable owner who has worked as a yacht salesperson since 2009. Complete service of both engines in May 2022 at 447 hrs, including oil and oil filter replacement, raw water impeller replacement, engine fuel filter plus Racor fuel filter replacement, engine zincs and serpentine belt replacement on both engines. Last haul out in February 2021. Both Main Engine and generator raw water thru hull valves and fittings replaced and relocated to orient the strainers vertically for ease of maintenance and serviceability. bottom completely stripped mechanically and many large blisters ground out and fiberglassed. Epoxy barrier coat applied to the entire bottom below the waterline then coated with two coats of bottom paint. Aluminum anodes replaced on both prop shafts, both rudders, both trim tabs and the transom mounted "Diver's Dream" anode was also replaced. Includes two sets of black exterior window screens for windshield and all side windows plus a tan canvas "black out" cover for the windshield. Also includes two removable stainless steel dinghy davits that mount on the transom cap to suspend a small dinghy horizontally over the swim step. There is no dinghy included or available as part of the sale.
