KAIROS

Designed by Brewer and Wallstrom and built by the fine Canadian Yachts yard of Ontario in late 1984. Of high quality fiberglass construction with large modified fin keel and skeg protected hung rudder, she is both a lively performer and exhibits impressive sea-kindliness underway. "KAIROS" features 4,700 lbs. of lead ballast, new in 2004 27 Hp Westerbeke Diesel, full U-shaped galley, 6’ 5" head room, enclosed marine head w/ Shower, clean and pleasant interior down below, ship’s table, VHF, depth, ship’s compass, GPS, pedestal mounted wheel steering w/ cover, Cockpit Dodger and much more. This well-found yacht is long at the waterline which helps her to move well and adds space to the cabin and cockpit. Cabin sole and tasteful interior appointments are of Teak and she is an unusually spacious and comfortable vessel both down below and on deck She has a dedicated navigation station plus private forward stateroom as well.

This boat is equipped with a sunba system with all the gear.

The boats water lines have been replaced with Pex and brass fittings.

Salon has new cushions and new latex bed for cushions in the V-berth.
