60' Chris-Craft Motor Yacht

$80,000

**** AN OPPORTUNITY TO OWN A CLASSIC CHRIS CRAFT AT A GREAT PRICE ****

SEA CHANGES is a classic Chris-Craft "Woodie," SEA CHANGES is a seaworthy coastal cruiser and has been through the Panama Canal and cruised to Alaska.

She has been extensively and thoughtfully updated from stem to stern. A review of this description, including the summary of updates will assure prospective buyers this is a yacht worthy of consideration.

Unlike the production Roamer and Constellation models, there were only 12 of these semi-custom, heavily-built, raised pilothouse motoryachts built at the Chris Craft factory in Pompano Beach Florida.  This vessel, unlike Chris-Craft?s production models, offers three discreet spaces for the enclosed aft-deck, salon, and raised pilot house. For large gatherings, this thoughtful design keeps distractions in the helm to a minimum while maximizing socializing and relaxing in the other spaces.

The aft-deck has been fitted 11 windows, 9 clear acrylic that open & close and 2 curved poly-carbonate clear windows.

The remodeled salon has been designed with an eye to enhance comfort, functionality and storage capacity. Redesigned to include a tasteful built-in L-shaped sitting/lounging sofa with overhead mahogany cabinets and large sliding mahogany drawers underneath.  This sofa was designed to stretch out and put up your feet.  Additional Honduran mahogany drawers and cupboards have been seamlessly designed into the walls of this salon to store whatever you wish.

SEA CHANGES features four staterooms with one that has been remodeled as an office with richly varnished mahogany file-width drawers and slide out desk that neatly nestles under a high-bunk day berth. The master stateroom was redesigned for a walk-around queen bed with storage underneath and two 7-foot long hanging closets.  There are two guest heads and a private master head with stall shower. If you are looking for a bay or coastal cruiser, entertaining, or a very comfortable live-aboard, SEA CHANGES is a must see vessel.
