LAURIE ANN

LAURIE ANN is a traditional 2 stateroom, single head layout.  The current owner only the second owner and has had her for 15 years.  She is a "2000 anniversary edition" with unique premium tan Ultraleather cushions throughout.   The owner has upgraded the master V- berth to include a full three piece innerspring mattress.

Once aboard, the first thing you notice is the wide side decks and how easy it is to get around. Integrated, colored non-skid surfaces were used for safe footing and easy maintenance. The design replaced labor intensive wood with stainless deck fixtures and integrated toe rail. The cockpit is expansive for a yacht of this size with smart, comfortable seating. Seats mounted on the stern rail give a bird's eye view while underway. The swim platform is quite large and makes boarding from a dinghy or taking a dip easy. A heavy duty, stainless swim ladder swings down from the transom and a hot and cold pressure water shower is nearby to rinse off. Storage space is abundant with deep lazarettes and storage lockers. The foredeck holds a massive anchor locker and electric windlass.

Below decks, you'll feel like you stepped aboard a much larger yacht. The salon is expansive, bright and airy.  Fixed and opening ports, along with large hatches allow the air and light in. Seating is very comfortable and the dining area, with a large teak table, is capable of hosting all your dock mates! The gourmet galley features solid surface counter tops, deep stainless steel sinks, Adler Barbour refrigeration and tons of storage. The "Hillrange" two burner LPG stove and oven has seen very little use!

Forward is a V-Berth with custom mattress topper and plenty of locker space. The aft cabin features a settee to starboard and large, full-width bed.

The head is roomy with hot and cold water shower, solid surface sink and Jabsco toilet.
