This performance cruiser is in turnkey, sail-away condition. The Niagra 35 has a solid big boat feel and quality of construction is very apparent. The yacht was designed by Mark Ellis and built in Toronto Canada by George Hinterhoeller who was the former president of C&C.

The owners cabin is aft with a double quarterberth to port and a large single to starboard. There is a dedicated work shop forward in lieu of a V-berth. This is a perfect liveaboard boat for the cruising couple with 6'4" headroom, loads of storage and a spacious cruising cockpit. Offshore proven and capable, many notable passages have been done in Niagra 35 yachts.
