THE YACHT IS A PROJECT AND IT IS BEING SOLD "AS-IS".

She has low hours on her 120 Lehman Diesels and her Northern Lights Generator. The main engines and the generator fire up easily and they run fine. The mechanical equipment alone is worth more than the asking price.

The yacht needs extensive varnish work, all varnish areas need to be stripped, sanded, bleached, sealed and varnished, all window frames need to be varnished or painted, the teak decks need cleaning brightening. The decks may need some caulk work but, they have plenty of material left and they are in ok shape for the most part. All canvas needs to be replaced. There is evidence of some interior window leaking etc. she needs a complete exterior cleaning, buff / wax etc.

The all teak interior offers a great layout. It needs an extensive cleaning but, it is very spacious with a large main salon, nice galley, a full beam aft stateroom with a centerline queen berth, forward guest stateroom and two heads. Her aft sundeck could be enclosed to add to the living space.

She would make a great live aboard or cruising yacht.
