The Symbol 51 Yacht Fisherman combines the best elements of a sundeck motoryacht (a full-width master stateroom and a spacious aft deck) with the flexibility and convenience of a large fishing cockpit. Built on a solid fiberglass modified V-hull, the standard two-stateroom floorplan of the Symbol 51 is arranged with a U-shaped galley and dinette down. The dinnette converts to a spacious queen berth, for additional sleeping accomodations. Forward of the galley is an enclosed head featuring a new vacuflush toilet, vanity and stall shower in a separate compartment. Further forward is a large centerline double berth stateroom with enclosed hanging locker and drawer storage. A separate chain locker is in the forepeak. Aft of the salon and down a flight of stairs is the master stateroom with a diagonal walk-around double berth, enclosed head, new Vacuflush toilet, vanity with lots of mirrors and storage, and a Jacuzzi tub. The master stateroom has two large hanging lockers, a mirrored vanity with makeup lights, and lots of drawer storage.
The main salon has two large opposing sofas with an entertainment center across the aft bulkhead of the salon. The entertainment center features large color TV, VCR, sink and bar area with icemaker. Also included in the salon is a lower helm station, with autopilot remote and engine controls. To starboard of the helmstation is a sliding door that provides easy access to the foredeck.
From the salon up three steps is the entertainment deck; a fiberglass hardtop covers the aft deck with a Eisenglass glass enclosurer and wing doors. A door in the aft section of the deck and ladder lead down to the large fishing cockpit. The entertainment deck features sofa and chairs for outdoor entertaining. From the entertaining deck up a flight of stairs is the flybridge with forward center helm chair and large navagational display. The display has been complete updated with the latest electronics. There are additional seats aft and to each side of the helm station, with cushions and storage lockers beneath. The flybridge is also equipped with Bimini top and Eisenglass enclosure.
The large fishing cockpit features a complete bait prep center, 4 scoop bait tank, 8 rod holders perfect for fishing and a hot and cold shower, cockpit door and large swim step great for relaxing.
